Our self-developed test procedure simulates the strain of the cable in daily use. The strain takes place at the edge of the clamping gadget and simulates a hole in a plastic or metal box equipped with an anti kink sleeve. During the tests the cables are powered and at/under a tension of 500 g/1.1 lb. 25 bends/minute in an angle of+/- 90°. CeoTronics cables last a minimum of 424.267 bendings.

Coiled cables of our CT-GroundCom Headsets are additionally stretched to a multitude of their standard length. Our test: 60.000 stretches without cable breakage; the cable should always retains its original position.
