CeoTronics audio, video and data products enable a more effective work flow and increase working safety in difficult environmental and operational conditions, for example, during noise, danger, in covert operations, when wearing protective suits, helmets and respiratory masks, or when both hands have to be free for the actual work.

Competence partnerships

Professional audio communication systems by themselves are often no longer sufficient. Increasingly, the complexity of the tasks requires additional data and video information. CT-Video GmbH, Lutherstadt Eisleben, established in 1999, specializes in the development, production and sale of video camera and analogue/digital video radio systems. The sales organizations of both companies complement each other ideally and CeoTronics uses CT-Video GmbH's production capacities when required.
The most famous premium manufacturers of safety helmets, radios and special vehicles and aircraft rely on the highend products from CeoTronics and CT-Video GmbH. All individual products and systems can be optimally coordinated with one another and in this way fulfill the highest customer requirements for the overall solution.

System compatibility

CeoTronics communication accessories are available for digital terminals with Tetra, Tetrapol, GSM and authorities radio standards, and for all standard analogue radios. Even the mobile CeoTronics digital radio networks and terminals (CT-DECT) can be integrated in the above-mentioned radio networks as supplements where required. Up to now more than 25,000 CeoTronics systems for digital two-way radios have been delivered worldwide.

As individual as every single person is and as different as customers' operational conditions are, the more specific are the requirements for a communication system.
The almost endless number of configuration and variation possibilities in the CeoTronics product range is supplemented by our individual communication systems, which are developed in accordance with customers' own special wishes.

All our products were and will in future continue to be developed in close collaboration with our international customers and continuously improved in accordance with technical progress.
Customized CeoTronics products and systems prove their worth globally on a daily basis under the most stringent operational conditions at airports, in firefighting, police work and the military, in power stations, oil platforms and refineries, in the aerospace industry and in all other areas of heavy industry.

Quality management at the highest level:

The economic feasibility of an investment results from the benefit and from the costs of a product over the complete service life.
The costs of a product are influenced by the purchase price itself and in particular by the quality. No customer can put up with long or frequent product down times, costs for constant repairs or even accidents as a result of the failure of a communication system.
Demanding customers appreciate the functional security, durability and high economic efficiency of CeoTronics products, which are never cheap but always value for money.

Special cables must withstand a load test we developed ourselves with up to 420,000 bending actions at the mandrel. Special safety connectors for increased accident protection unfasten automatically on a tensile load of about 45 Nm.

The PTT buttons developed by CeoTronics are characterized by the highest mechanical strength and are designed to be pressed up to 2 million times.

CeoTronics optimizes and checks the bone-conduction microphone calibration with a mini-shaker. CeoTronics uses a standard acoustic head to measure the sound insulation values of heavy-duty communication headsets and in-ear com-munication products. In addition, this high-quality laboratory measuring instrument is used to measure and check the CeoTronics ASR electronics. Frequency response and level measurements are carried out for the speakers and microphones. CeoTronics not only issues CE declarations of conformity but let their products, if necessary, be checked and certified by independent laboratories.

Certified and guaranteed

These examples from our successful quality management system have contributed to CeoTronics being the first company in our communication branch being certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 incl. KBA (Kraftfahrt Bundesamt = Federal Department of Traffic) and ATEX Directive 94/9.
