Directive 2002/95/EG
(The Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, RoHS)

The directive 2002/95/EG (RoHS) means basically that electrical and electronic equipment, sold after 1st July 2006, is not allowed to contain lead, quicksilver, cadmium, chrome hexavalent, polybromined biphenyl (PBB), polybromined diphenylether (PBDE), respectively only small quantities of these materials.

At CeoTronics we have finished this changeover of our products successfully.

Our part numbers will not be changed for that purpose, RoHS-conformal products will be labelled with the following sticker on the packaging:

RoHS 2002/95/EG

The above-mentioned regulations are neither valid for spare parts for repair nor for reuse of electrical and electronic appliances brought into circulation before 1 st July 2006

Directive 2002/96/EG
(Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment, WEEE)

Regarding the directive 2002/96/EG (WEEE), old electrical and electronic equipment which we supplied to you, can be returned to us. We will lead the old equipment into the recycling process according to the current environmental regulations.

As of January 2007
