Mr. Thomas H. Günther has been a driving force at CeoTronics AG for 29 years. He has been a member of the Executive Board since 2000 and Chairman of the Management Board, CEO since 2003. From 2018 to 2022, he led the company as sole member of the Management Board. Since 1 June 2022, Dr.-Ing. Björn Schölling joined the Management Board team as Chief Technology Officer, CTO.

Dr.-Ing. Björn Schölling has been part of the CeoTronics family for 16 years, during which time he has been Head of Software Development for four years, followed by five years as Head of Research & Development. He enriches and inspires the company with his in-depth technical expertise.

The company is managed and developed together with the division heads and authorised signatories of the extended management team. Future issues are not considered in isolation, but rather addressed and implemented across all divisions.
